Jason Foodman was a founder of RegSoft (e-commerce for software, sold to a NASDAQ), SwiftCD (a manufacturing and logistics provider in the software industry - also sold to a NASDAQ), RebateDelivery & FastSpring. FastSpring is now an Accel KKR company and remains a leader in Subscription and E-commerce for software and SaaS companies. Recently Jason served as President of Rosy Salon Software (a SaaS & payments based PE portfolio company) as well as Chairman of the Supervisory Board for Asknet AG.
